Margaret Peth works as the Operations Manager at the Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority. She co-leads Macon’s RCC initiative alongside her colleague Weston Stroud. Margaret is driven by her belief in the power of public spaces to strengthen and unite communities. As an urban planner, her work is focused on creating communities in Macon that provide safety, dignity, and well being for all residents. 

Weston Hamilton Stroud is an urban planning and transportation professional. He currently serves as Macon-Bibb County’s Traffic Safety Manager, he leads Vision Zero initiatives, Complete Streets planning, and federal grant projects. As Co-Chair of Reimagining Civic Commons in Macon, he champions projects that foster public spaces where everyone feels welcome, connected, and empowered. His work integrates equity, economic opportunity, and design to strengthen civic life. Believing shared spaces are vital for democracy and resilience, Weston works to ensure they spark connection, creativity, and pride in place.
